Simon Togeh, popularly known as Lexis Will, is a journalist, digital communications specialist, and digital marketing educator dedicated to empowering young people through technology, education, and inclusive digital skills development. With over a decade of professional experience, Simon has built a career focused on youth empowerment, female inclusion, and digital transformation.
He is a graduate of the Ghana Institute of Journalism (now the University of Media, Arts and Communication UniMAC), where he studied Communication Studies in Journalism.
His academic background, combined with professional certifications in Digital Marketing, WordPress Web Design, and Artificial Intelligence, allows him to effectively merge storytelling, technology, and data driven strategy
Simon has trained over 5,000 youth across Ghana, with a focus on female participation and inclusion. In partnership with the Mastercard Foundation at KNUST, Bridget Bonnie Foundation, Divaloper, and Business Arena, he has delivered practical digital marketing and skills training programs that help young women and youth grow businesses, improve employability, and access new opportunities.
He has also provided corporate digital marketing and communications training for companies including Nestlé Ghana and Pytoriker Pharmaceutical, helping organizations enhance online presence, engagement, and productivity.
As the Founder and CEO of Conellex Digital Agency, Simon leads website development, digital strategy, and capacity building initiatives for businesses, startups, NGOs, and institutions. His work bridges journalism, technology, and education, creating measurable impact in both community and professional settings.
With a strong foundation in broadcast journalism, Simon combines storytelling, media engagement, and data-driven digital strategy to deliver results. He is passionate about expanding his academic and global exposure through advanced study and scholarship opportunities to scale his impact in digital education, youth empowerment, and inclusive innovation
